Summer Welcome Party – July 26, 2017

Our annual Summer Welcome Party gives our alumni an opportunity to meet and welcome the new freshman class of 2021 and their families. This Summer’s event was again graciously hosted at the home of Arch and Eve Pugh.  We shared our Cal stories, taught the new students some great Cal traditions, and bonded with them and our fellow alumni over attending the number one public university in the country!

Annual Banquet – April 21, 2017

The Annual Northern C’s dinner was held Friday, April 21 at Riverview Golf & Country Club.  No Host cocktails started at 6:00 along with our super fun raffle!  Our special guest speaker was Keith Gilless, Dean of the College of Natural Resources from UC Berkeley.

Great fun was had by all at this year’s annual banquet. Our youngest president ever was elected, representatives from CAA joined us, and we had a fabulous presentation from UC Berkeley Admissions officers.

Northern C’s cheered on the Cal Bears at Bleachers Sports Bar in Redding. Lots of Cal gear–and spirit–was in evidence and a good time was had by all!

New Student Welcome Reception – Summer 2015

Northern C’s gathered in Arch and Eve’s beautiful garden patio to welcome and send off this year’s crop of New Blues, entering freshmen and transfer students from the area. Go Bears!

Northern C’s Annual Dinner – May 1, 2015

The 2015 Annual Dinner was held at the McConnell Foundation for the very first time.  The event featured guest speakers from the Transportation Research and Education Center at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health.  They discussed how UC Berkeley and SafeTREC are helping to shape the future of state and local transportation to create safe, livable communities.
